I am a lawyer, mediator and arbitrator. I have been involved in Alternative Dispute Resolution since 1987. I have over forty years of experience resolving conflicts as a trial and appeal lawyer involved in civil litigation. I have tried and resolved virtually all types of civil disputes. I have a great deal of experience in insurance cases, multi-party disputes, personal injury, medical negligence, product liability, professional negligence, tort claims, commercial/business disputes, media law including defamation and some aspects of First Nations law. I am also a Chartered Arbitrator.

Appointed B.C. Chair of the panel of Arbitrators and Referees for the Hep C Class Action Litigation Settlement. Charter member of The Canadian Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
